As far as I know, neither Murano, nor Lalique, nor Swarovsky, or Baccarat is offering jewelry made of dichroic glass.

Of course it exists although by error the invention of the dichroic glass is assigned to the NASA but in reality it showed up first in the 4th century AD as demonstrated by the « Cup of Lycurgus » exposed in the British Museum.

The originality of dichroic glass comes from the fact that it diffuses reflections of intensive metallic colors and therefore the colorimetric changes according to the angle it is hold to.

Basically this effect is obtained with the deposition of various layers of metallic oxides (such as Gold, Silver, Cadmium, Cobalt, Titanium, Silicon ...) on a glass plate in a vacuum chamber and it is the superposition of different layers deposited at high temperature to the surface of the crystal which lead to the most subtle color range. But artistically it is not important.

Creating is forgetting the technique to leave space for the search of the beauty. Create is to forget the technician to give way to the pursuit of beauty. As it is the essence of my signature, I naturally stick to a clean, contemporary aesthetic. This collection will evolve over time, it will be transformed, will intensify, it may be complexify, however it will remain as long as it will seduce you.
